around the world. If your jewellery needs repair within five years, we will offer you a complete repair
service at no cost to you.

After 1 year (or if no evidence of purchase is available), we will still do our best to make sure your piece
is treasured for years to come by providing lifetime repairs for a modest cost. Using our online returns
method, you can still set this up. and when you generate your returns labels, you'll need to pay the
appropriate price.
